Project Manager

Main Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Managing the Development Team:

• Understanding team members' strengths and weaknesses.

• Effectively assigning tasks and projects based on skills and availability.

Project Management:

• Accepting project requests and responsibly assigning them to developers.

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and run smoothly.

• Monitoring developers' time allocation and workload.

• Setting timelines for new incoming projects.

Collaborating with Other Departments:

• Working closely with the sales team, which brings in new clients.

• Cooperating with analysts who provide project requirements based on client needs.

Technical and Organizational Skills:

• Experience in software development project management.

• Ability to work with and understand Make and Pipedrive CRM.

• Strong organizational skills.

Communication and Leadership:

• Excellent communication skills—clear and effective communication with both the team and clients.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.

Technical Background:

• IT knowledge, ideally experience with integrations and system connections, but not necessarily a developer background.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven project management experience, ideally in software development.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.

• Familiarity with Make and Pipedrive CRM.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• IT knowledge related to system integrations and connectivity.
