Settings

As part of the setup, we take your current processes into account. We set up your sales board, individual CRM fields, activity types or reasons for loss. We can help you with quote, contract or invoice generators. Setup can also include basic automation to handle new enquiries faster.

Migration

We can upload data from your current solution to Pipedrive CRM. The data is cleansed of duplicates and imported into the business system. We are able to migrate data from the most common CRM systems on the Czech market (Raynet, Salesforce, Hubspot). We are not afraid of large data sets in the order of hundreds of thousands or millions of records.

Onboarding

As part of the Pipedrive rollout, we provide full onboarding. Our experts will not only help you get started, but also with the subsequent optimization and improvements you discover.

How long does it take to set up Pipedrive?

We normally deliver Pipedrive setups within a few weeks. We first find out how your business and processes work and then tailor the entire CRM to that.

How to set up reports correctly?

For reports in Pipedrive to be useful, they need to be set up correctly. We set up reports for customers after about a month or two of use, so that we already have the data we are building the reports on.
