Multiple filters for reports

For filters in reports, you can now add filter criteria for people or organizations to deals. See how many deals you've won in the Zlin region or how many people you've acquired in 2020.

Previously, you could only filter by the deal criteria. This is no longer the case. Available for all plans from April 2024 at the latest.

Webhooks for automation

A long-awaited feature in Pipedrive automations. Send your data to Make and process it further.

What are the uses? If a deal moves to the Invoice state, Pipedrive sends the information to Make and an invoice is then generated in Make and saved back to Pipedrive.

Previously, you were only able to create a limited number of processes in Pipedrive automations that only happen directly in Pipedrive. This feature opens up new possibilities for stable connection to thousands of applications, including Czech ones.

Webhooks are available for the Advanced plan and above.

Assistant in the mobile app

In the mobile appyou can now see activity reminders, performance updates and receive tips for next steps. The mobile app becomes a powerful weapon for your marketer.

What's already in the mobile app? For example, the fact that after the meeting is over, the marketer can dictate the meeting content into the activity. The voice is converted to text and saved. This way, the salesperson can fulfill his or her requirements even while driving the car back to the office.

Time triggered automations

Starting in May, you can use time triggers within automations. As soon as a contract renewal occurs, an offer or activity can be automatically generated for the merchant.

This feature is available for Advanced and higher plans.

Artificial intelligence for multiple trades

In beta testing, there are now options to use artificial intelligence. What specifically is Pipedrive focused on?

Evaluating the potential of a close through AI - Pipedrive tells you what the probability of closing this or that deal is. This allows the trader to focus on those with the highest probability.

Reading and summarizing deals - Pipedrive reads the emails for you, does a summary and recommends next steps including draft emails, next steps and offers.

Available from April for all Professional licenses and above.

LeadGen AI

We're testing a new feature we've developed in Giving. This feature will connect to your data and start generating new leads for you in Pipedrive that have the highest chance of closing the deal. Each week you'll get leads to companies and contacts that your salespeople can work with right away.

This feature will be in beta testing from mid-April.
