Project Manager
We want to deliver a phenomenal experience to our customers and that's why we are looking for a new Project Designer to join our team.
At Giving, we are looking to implement Pipedrive CRM and automate business processes. This also includes smaller projects that we implement for our customers.
Main responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Leading the development team:
- Knowledge of individual members of the development team, their strengths and weaknesses.
- Effective assignment of tasks and projects based on developers' skillset and availability.
Project Management:
- Accepting assignments and assigning projects to developers responsibly.
- Responsibility for timely and smooth delivery of projects.
- Tracking developers' time activities and ensuring visibility of their workload.
- Establishing delivery schedules for new incoming projects.
Collaborating with other departments:
- Working closely with the sales department to deliver new clients.
- Working with the analyst who provides assignments as per client requirements.
Technical and organizational skills:
- Project management experience in software development.
- Ability to work with and understand the Make and Pipedrive CRM platform.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team and clients.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
Technical Background:
- IT technical background, ideally experience with integrations and system interfaces, but not required to be a developer.
Skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience in project management, ideally in software development.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.
- Knowledge and experience with the Make platform and Pipedrive CRM.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Technical knowledge in IT, system integrations and interconnections.
Remuneration:
- Fixed salary with partial variable component (60-110k).
