Analyst
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Analyst. Do you have the vision to transform business processes and improve our clients' performance? Are you fascinated by automation and enjoy finding new and better ways of doing things? Among other things, can you listen, identify hidden needs and look at problems from a broader perspective? Then we are looking for you!
What are you gonna do?
- Analyse existing company processes and look for gaps in them
- Regularly communicate with the customer portfolio in person or online (communication in both Czech and English)
- Training customers in various areas of information systems
- Devise personalized solutions for customers
- Stay in contact with the customer after implementation, addressing their ad-hoc requirements and new development projects
- Create precise technical requirements for developers
What do we expect from you?
- Diligence and a proactive approach
- Logical reasoning and critical thinking
- Very good atomunication and presentation skills
- English at a communicative level
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Make, ClickUp, Tabidoo, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM Pipedrive
