How long does it take to implement a CRM in a company?

The implementation process typically takes a few weeks, from the initial analysis to deployment, testing, and training.
If the CRM needs to be integrated with other applications or requires additional automation, the timeline extends to approximately 2-3 months.

Do we have to commit for a year or longer?

No. Pipedrive licenses are available on a monthly basis, meaning your commitment is only for a month at a time. However, opting for a longer license comes with the benefit of a lower price.

We don’t have any experience with CRM – can you help us get started?
