FAQ
Can monitoring track only one scenario?
Yes, the quantity is up to you. It can be 1 scenario or 1000.
How long do I have to commit to this service?
The commitment is for one calendar month. If you don’t want to continue, just let us know by email, and we’ll cancel the service.
Is it difficult to add or remove a scenario during the month?
If you want to add a scenario, simply notify us or include our designated symbol in the name. To remove a scenario, just let us know.
Do you also fix broken scenarios?
As part of the Monitoring service, we ensure the continuous operation of your scenarios. If a scenario fails, we do our best to at least preserve incoming data.
We can also repair scenarios. Pricing will always be sent for approval before we proceed with the fix.
What is the relationship between scenario monitoring and the Make platform?
