Can Monitoring monitor just one scenario for me?
Yes, the amount is up to you. It can be 1 scenario, it can be 1000.
How long do I have to commit to this service?
The commitment is one calendar month. If you do not wish to continue, just let us know by email and we will terminate the service.
Is it hard to add a scenario during the month? Or remove?
If you add it, either let us know or just put our character in the name. In case of removal, just let us know.
Are you fixing broken scripts?
As part of the Monitoring service, we take care of the continuous running of scenarios. In case of a scenario failure, we at least try to save any additional data that comes in.
We are also able to repair the scenarios. We always send the pricing for approval before we fix the scenario.
